Fake Memorial

Hello Beautiful Thinkers,

Artist Joe Reginella created a fake monument, which is located in Battery Park, Manhattan, to honors the 400 victims who perished during a giant octopus attack of a Staten Island ferry named the Cornelius G. Kolff on November 22, 1963, the same day as the assassination of JFK. This false memorial blends in well with all the other weathered landmarks and tricks some tourists into thinking these were real events. The artist takes this a step further with a fake website to go along with the memorial. This is possibly the most artistic prank I’ve ever seen. Find a way to let it inspire a scene either with some fake history of your own or an elaborate/artistic prank.
