Fun DIY Holiday Decorations

Hello Beautiful Thinkers,

For the Fourth of July my family made these cool center pieces. They are a cheap and easy way to decorate and recycle at the same time. Check out the pics of how we made them.

We used the empty leftover orange sherbet containers!

Sprayed them red, white, and blue for Fourth of July but really any color would work depending on what you want to use the decoration to celebrate.

We added little sprays of the other colors to each hoping to give the main color a “distressed” look. It turn out pretty nicely, I think.

Spray over cardboard so you don’t make a mess!

We glued the lids to the bottom to give them better balance and keep them from becoming top heavy.

A foam brick inside the container will hold the flags, flowers, and other decorative bobbles in place.

Ta Da! The finished produce is a festive fake flower arrangment for the holiday.
